Scope and Contents This collection consists of paper media related to Inuit art. Although the collection is primarily focused on the Inuit of Canada, American and Greenlandic contributions are also represented. Materials include exhibition pamphlets, regionally-focused booklets, relevant magazines, and other related documentation.
Scope and Contents The collection includes materials primarily from 1978-2000, spanning the existence of Detroit Focus Gallery. Types of materials vary but relate to both the public (exhibitions, fundraisers, workshops, publications, etc.) and administrative (financial documents, correspondence, membership, etc.) sides of the organization. Scope and Contents This collection is divided into four folders. Folder 1 contains unique art from various mailings of the Alternative Press. Folder 2 contains several mailings, each containing multiple items. Folder 3 contains loose printed poetry postcards. Folder 4 contains miscellaneous printed items. Many of the materials in this collection are undated.
