Abstract Between 2001 and 2002, documentarians Freddi Jacobi-Stevens and Pam LeBlanc photographed teenaged migrant farm workers in Michigan and Indiana. Jacobi-Stevens' daughter, Emily Jacobi, recorded oral history interviews with them and related individuals, in which they discuss their lives, work, and hopes for the future. National Farm Worker Ministry 40th Anniversary Oral Histories

Abstract While an intern at the National Farm Worker Ministry (NFWM), Ryan Nilsen conducted oral histories with ten individuals involved in NFWM (staff, board members, organizers, supporters) across the country in connection with the NFWM Documentary Project 2011, which documented the organization's 40 years of activity under its current name and mission of supporting farm workers' organizing efforts. Recordings and transcripts are included for each. Images of some of the interviewees are also included.

Abstract Sydney Smith was active in the California Migrant Ministry (later known as the National Farm Worker Ministry) and served as the founding director of Pasadena’s Community Housing Service. The papers of Mr. Smith document his research conducted for his book on the migrant ministries entitled Grapes of Conflict: The Faith Community and Farm Workers.
