Abstract The AFSCME Business Office historically has handled financial matters for the union, and its activities are largely reported on by the Office of the Secretary-Treasurer. For a time, it was involved in the planning of the AFSCME biennial convention, as well as the numerous other, smaller meetings and conferences that AFSCME hosts throughout the year.
