Abstract
The Wayne University Club was formed in 1937 to provide faculty men with a place to dine and relax together. This collection is a compilation of the papers of three members who held office in the club: Donald C. MacLachlan, donated records for the period 1938-1942, Homer Strong who kept data for the period 1937-1950, and Wilhelm Reitz, who had records from 1937-1971.
Arrangement
Folders are arranged in alphabetical order in Series 1 and Series 2. Folders are arranged chronologically in Series 3.
Acquisition
Papers of the Wayne University Club were donated by three members who served as officers of the Club at various times and include Homer Strong, who donated his papers in January, 1959, Donald C. MacLachlan, who donated his papers in June, 1963, and Wilhelm Reitz, who donated his papers in June, 1973.
