The papers of Sophia Radlow consist of a few postcards and a letter from Walter Reuther to her, a clipping form Life magazine about the Reuther brothers and a series of notecards prescribing Ms. Radlow's treatment for Walter Reuther's arm injury.

The papers of Sophia Radlow were placed in the Archives of Labor and Urban Affairs, in April of 1976 by her brother-in-law, Charm Tigel, and were opened for research in May of 1992.
Some half-dozen pamphlets and books relating to and by Walter Reuther have been placed in the Archives Library.
