Abstract

Jana Pellusch was a delegate to the second national convention of the Coalition of Labor Union Women held in Detroit in 1975. Her papers consist of personal comments and clippings from The Militant regarding the convention.

History

Jana Pellusch was a delegate to the second national convention of the Coalition of Labor Union Women (CLUW) held in Detroit in December, 1975, attended by some 1000 women from sixty unions registered as voting delegates. The stated objectives of CLUW were "to unify all union women in a viable organization to determine our complex problems and concerns and to develop action problems within the framework of our unions to deal effectively with our objectives."
