Abstract

Paul Hering was a cutter in the textile industry and an organizer for the IWW. His papers consist of several membership cards and his organizing credentials.

History

Paul Henry was a cutter in the textile industry and a member of the Industrial Workers of the World from 1912 through the late 1960's. He also served as an authorized organizer for the I.W.W. Mr. Hering died in 1972.

The papers of Paul Hering were placed in the Archives of Labor and Urban Affairs in August of 1974 by Henry Pfaff and were opened for research in October of 1984.
