After college, Jocelyn Sherman started at the United Farm Workers (UFW) as a public relations representative and has been with the UFW for over 20 years. Sherman served as a documentary photographer for the UFW and as manager of the UFW’s public relations department before becoming the UFW’s Internet Communications Director.

Arrangement

Arranged in 2 series – Series 1 (Boxes 1-9, 22), and Series 2 (Boxes 9-21). Folders in each series are simply listed by their location within each box. They are not arranged, so any given subject may be dispersed throughout several boxes within each series.

Acquisition

The records of Jocelyn Sherman of the United Farm Workers Public Relations Department were placed in the Walter P. Reuther Library in October 1997 and June 2002 and opened for research in December 2010.
