Abstract

In 1974, Dennis East interviewed Mark and Helen Norton Starr, both of whom taught in the 1920s and 1930s at Brookwood Labor College, the first residential labor college in the U.S. Collection consists of the interview transcript. The Starrs talk about their experiences at Brookwood Labor College and related events. Final portion of the interview is missing.

In 1974, Dennis East interviewed Mark and Helen Norton Starr, both of whom taught in the 1920s and 1930s at Brookwood Labor College, the first residential labor college in the U.S.
