Abstract Tracy W. and Katherine McGregor established the McGregor fund in 1925 in order to ensure that their financial resources would continue to be used for social, educational, and charitable programs. Abstract Tracy William McGregor was born April 14, 1869 in Berlin Heights, Ohio. Under his leadership, the McGregor Institute, grew to be one of the largest of its kind in the country.
